My review

I absolutely love this series of books and have read them all now. Going back to Castleby is like visiting old friends and seeing how they are. We are introduced to some new characters as well as old ones too, which I love. You can by all means read these as standalones too but I think it is better to have read them in order to get a feeling about who each character is and how they are evolving.

There are multiple storylines that are going on at the same time, but they are easy to follow along and you really want to find out what has happened, so it keeps you reading.

Detective Steve has to be one of my favourite characters and I love reading more about him and what he’s investigating at the time.

Really cannot wait for another book in this series. I recommend this to everyone!
