Interactive Learning

Interactive learning has been shown that students will be more engaging in their studies. Immersing them into a virtual world to learn makes them more stimulated in what they are learning.

Most young students now have a lot of digital skills needed anyway. But this will also equip them with the essential skills as our digital world evolves.

As virtual and augmented reality are becoming more integrated into everyday learning, is there a danger that students will become too dependent on learning interactively, and become less engaged in traditional teaching methods?

Virtual reality is being used in medical schools and other similar settings as a way of education and instruction. As virtual and augmented reality are becoming more and more common in schools, is there a risk that this will hinder student development and they will become less sociable? Working in a group environment for them might then be harder.

Although there may be concerns as to whether or not virtual and augmented reality can harm children’s social development, there have been cases of the complete opposite. Some students that might be otherwise shy can teach others their IT skills. It is great to get them to work together and this can also help them learn how to work as a team from an early age.
