2. Ask how they spend their weekends.  This will find out how they like to spend their days off.  It will help you find out about their interests, how much they socialise and how much time they spend with their family.  This is all very important to know in deciding if you are compatible or not.
3. Ask about their regrets.  Sharing regrets, embarrassing moments etc the person become more vulnerable and this is a great way of opening up to each other.
4. Ask about their childhood and family.  Most people cover this subject on a first date but the answers to these questions can also be revealing.  It will give you an idea of how their past and may have influenced their present. 
5. Ask what their dreams are and where do they see themselves in five years from now.  Everyone has some kind of plan they wish would happen for themselves, whether that is work, family, life matters etc.  This will make them think about their goals in their life and you can also see where their priorities lay and whether they match with yours in the future too.
6. If you are stuck what to ask, then ask what was their worst date ever.  We all have a story to tell about a worst date.  Sharing these stories can once again get each other to open up and share a moment together.
7.
